Refund Policy

Saybrio offers monthly and annual subscriptions. Every scan spends real money with the AI providers on your behalf the moment it runs, which shapes what we can and cannot refund.

1. First month

If the Service does not do what this site says it does — for example an engine included in your plan was never measured for a reason on our side — tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. If you simply change your mind before your first scan has run, we refund it in full as well.

2. After a scan has run

Once a scan has run, the provider costs are spent and the results are yours. We do not refund a period in which a scan has been delivered, except where the problem was ours (see 1) or applicable law requires a refund.

3. Cancelling

Cancel any time from Settings. You keep access until the end of the paid period and are not charged again. We do not ordinarily refund the remainder of a period after cancellation, without limiting statutory rights.

4. Problems on our side

If a scan fails or an engine is unavailable because of us, we run it again at no cost, or credit the affected part of the month. The dashboard always shows an engine that could not be measured as “not measured”, never as a result, so you can see exactly what you did and did not get.

5. EU consumers

If you subscribe as a consumer in the EU, applicable withdrawal and refund rights remain in place. Running a scan does not automatically waive them. Any request to start service during a withdrawal period, proportionate charge, or exception requires the legally applicable notices and consent. Contact us to exercise your rights; this policy does not replace them.

6. How to ask

Write to [CONTACT EMAIL] from your account email with your business name. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe; bank processing times vary.
