These terms govern your use of Saybrio (the “Service”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], [COUNTRY OF REGISTRATION] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them. If you are subscribing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
1. What the Service does
Saybrio measures how often, and how, AI answer engines name your business when asked questions you choose. The core plans cover ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Grok, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. Optional Model Insights uses six pinned models through OpenRouter in a separate API report; API results are never included in consumer visibility scores. Each result identifies its collection method. Some surfaces use web search; others are explicitly labeled memory-only. We record the answers and report the share that name you, your position where a ranked list is given, which other businesses are named, and the raw answers themselves.
The website readiness report applies an 84-criterion scoring model to automated findings, your declarations and unknowns. It displays coverage and does not claim all criteria have been automatically verified. Unknowns and declarations remain distinguishable from measured evidence.
What it is not. The Service is a measurement, not a guarantee. AI engines change their answers from one moment to the next and from one user to another. Results obtained through an engine’s programming interface can differ from what a particular person sees in that engine’s app. We do not promise any level of visibility, ranking or business outcome, and we do not control what any AI engine says.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account.
- You must give accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
- One account measures one business (one website). Agencies measuring several businesses need one account per business unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- You may only measure a business you own, represent, or are authorised to act for.
3. Plans, questions and locking
- Each plan sets how many questions are tracked, which engines are asked, and how often. The current plans and prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout.
- Once confirmed, questions are permanently locked. Renewals do not let you replace them. You may add questions within unused or upgraded plan slots. On downgrade, the earliest locked questions remain active up to your plan limit; later slots pause and return unchanged when you upgrade.
- Questions that name your own business are measured but reported separately from your visibility score, because they measure the question rather than your visibility.
4. Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe, according to the billing frequency selected at checkout, in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Annual billing provides twelve months for the price of ten monthly payments. Displayed monthly equivalents are rounded; the full annual charge is shown before checkout. Prices exclude VAT where VAT applies.
- Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can change plan, update your payment method or cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
- If a renewal payment fails, scans are paused until payment succeeds. Locked questions and past results remain visible.
- Refunds are described in our Refund policy.
5. Fair use
Scans consume paid third-party API calls. You agree not to use the Service to measure businesses you are not authorised to measure, to scrape or resell raw answers at scale, to circumvent plan limits or locks, or to probe the Service’s infrastructure. We may suspend an account that does so.
6. Your data and ours
- You own the questions you enter and the information about your business. You grant us the right to process them to provide the Service.
- Non-private answers may be cached and reused for matching questions, markets and models. Private questions are stored separately. Do not include confidential information or unnecessary personal data in questions.
- We may use aggregate, anonymised data to improve our measurement methods and to publish industry statistics that cannot identify you.
- Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
7. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties (AI engine providers, a search-results data provider, Stripe, our hosting and database providers). If a provider changes, limits or withdraws its service, an engine may become temporarily or permanently unavailable. We show this plainly in your dashboard as “not measured” rather than as a result, and we do not charge extra for engines we cannot measure; we may substitute a comparable engine or adjust the plan.
8. Warranty and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business, or for decisions you take on the basis of the measurements. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights where you subscribe as a consumer.
9. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can terminate or suspend an account for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if we discontinue the Service, in which case we refund any prepaid period not yet delivered.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY OF REGISTRATION]. Disputes are subject to the courts of [COUNTRY OF REGISTRATION], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence. Contact us first about a dispute; applicable statutory complaint and redress rights remain available.
